Lightning McQueen and Mater

Lightning McQueen and Mater are two of our most produced vehicle... yes, we love them so much! even our youngest kid is a diehard fan for this character.. he collected almost half of the character you can find in the cars 2 movie.. and for Ariel, this 2 figurines become his toy while everyone else eating the cake as what per informed to us by his mother.. hihihi!

jam-packed week for Rizqcakes

terlebih dahulu nak minta maaf kat pembaca semua sebab lama tak update blog. been busy lately with school and final assesment for my 3 month pastry arts program. tercakap pasal ni, nanti saya update cerita pasal this program ya.. tak cukup dgn tu, Allah nak duga kami dgn anak pulak sakit and kena masuk hospital.. kelam kabut jugak la kami nak settle things up. kalau ada yang tak sempurna atau tak menepati citarasa dalam order baru2 ni, mintak maaflah sangat2 ya.. kalau ada salah dan silap, harap dapat bagitau ya, so kami dapat memperbaiki kesilapan kami. terima kasih..

alhamdulillah, dalam terkejar2 tu dapat jugak siapkan apa2 yang patut for our customer yang dah confirm. yang last minute, terpaksa kami tolak memandangkan kesibukan yg melanda... anyway, here's some of our entry for the past few week. bundle up saja..

ada cerita di sebalik kek ni... ordered by a customer who insist to meet us instead of just order from the email. By not having a proper place (shop and office), we at first were reluctant. by staying in a 3 bedrooms apartment, we afraid that our house is not well to receive a customer. Yet they are (5 of them including their mother) still came to our small crib at 9pm.

rasa sungguh terharu and rasa sungguh seronok... ada customer yg sudi nak jumpa kami... the discussion went for not so very long, given their specifications, we did deliver this cake for hantaran.

Alhamdulillah, another experience with us and hopefully one day we will able to have our own cake place. amin... To those yg order, we tahnk you from the bottom of our heart.

Volkswagon Golf R Cake

This cake is very very special... Ordered by someone I admire so much. Ordered by Fishie for her beloved husband; Pojee. It is his 40th Birthday.

Fishie contacted me when we were in Makkah, asking if we can make the special VW cake with figurine of a man with spec, wearing Superman attire? and the date was something like 3 days after we touch down KL. errrr.... can i say No to fishie? Of course not... She is my good friend, she is someone very successful so if she made an effort to contact me while am in Makkah, means she really trust us both... so of course I would say yes...

To those wonder who is Fishie? She is the backbone of Manggis and Celebrate TV, also hubby's unimate.

cars cake

Its a rainbow layer with buttercream icing, theme of Cars... its quite detail drawing at every inch of the cake. to those who wonder how we do the drawing, is it a tracing a technique or not. I am happy to inform you that Hubby (Poek) which is our designer is a very talented artist so he hand drawn all the images without any tracing technique. I thankful to the Allah SWT for that :)

Cars for Matin

Matin Shah Sapeia is 3 years old...we've made his 1st and 2nd birthday cake as well... and this time Maria ordered 2 cakes...one for Matin's kindy and another for the celebration at home... Alhamdulillah for the trust maria :)

Its Lightning Mc Quee again... personally, i love this cake so much... its our furst time carving the mc queen, yup we had carved mini cooper, and volkswagon before but never Ligtning Mc Queen.. Thanks for the order :)

Lightning McQueen on top of the hill

This cake was made for Ilham's 6th birthday. He would like to have his cake with McQueen's character in it. so, when I design it in front of him and her mother, they love this design instead of only a carved McQueen's cake.. I personally love this design too.. it was more challenging and fun to make.. hope Eam loves it too. Thanks Fishie, Pojie, Eam and Caca for the order..
