taj mahal cake

this is one of our most challenging cake that we had made so far... it was a hectic weekend and we need to focus our energy towards producing this one cool cake.. after all the hard work and help that we received, we managed to make it happens and here's the cake for everyone...

Cake Hantaran Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal kek again...maaf... ni dah few months back rasanya... saya pun dah lupa siapa yang order..huhuhu.. nak update blog dari sehari ke sehari asyik tertangguh aje... nak kata busy melampau tak juga...

btw, kek taj mahal ni rumit pembuatan nya...walaupun kira dah ada experience sbb dah pernah buat dulu tapi ya ampun lama giler nak siap kan..heheheh saya tukang bake saje, saya nampak Poek yg bertungkus lumus siap kan kek ni... tapi poek kan cool, so dia tak mengeluh la...saya asyik tanya "sempat ke siap ni"...sambil senyum senyum je jawab ..."sempat..."

anyway, thanks kepada si baik hati yang mengorder ye :).

Notes : mungkin lepas ni kat bawah kena tulis la sapa yg update blog...sbb nya kadang2 ila, kadang poek :p

this is such a big and heavy cake..not on;y heavy with the cake itself but also with fondant... this Taj Mahal mark another achievement for bot of us... Thanks to all...
